1. General Terms & Conditions

1.1. Registered users can participate in a variety of online casino games available in the form of web content (labeled and herein referred to as "Casino Games").

2.8. Once a bet has been made and confirmed, it can no longer be canceled or changed. The loss of connection or other communication failures shall not be considered grounds for bet cancellation after a bet has been registered on our system.

2.6. The bonus wagering widget is an interactive progress bar in the "My Account" section that indicates the amount that the participant needs to wager to withdraw the bonus amount or net winnings from the bonus balance to the main balance.

3. Casino Bonus Types

3.1. A fixed bonus is the predetermined bonus amount that you will receive when meeting the conditions of the bonus campaign.

3.2. X% deposit amount is the bonus that is equal to % of the deposited amount.

Example: there is a 50% bonus on the amount you deposit. That means if the participant tops up the main balance by A$200, the participant will receive 200 * 50% = A$100 bonus.

4. Casino Bonus statuses

4.1. Active – a bonus has been credited to the bonus balance but still needs to fulfill the wagering requirements. Bonus money can be used for the play, but cannot be withdrawn or any winnings received as a result of using them.

4.2. Wagered – a bonus with completed wagering requirements. The funds from the bonus balance could be transferred to the main balance and withdrawn at any time.

5. Participation in Bonus campaign

5.1. To be eligible to take part in the bonus campaign, one or more actions aimed at receiving a Casino Bonus, which you can find in the Terms of the corresponding bonus campaign.

5.2. In order to decline participation in the bonus campaign and forfeit the bonus balance, the participant will need to access LEON's website and navigate to the "My Bonuses" section of the personal profile. From there, the participant can click the "Opt Out" button. It's important to note that resetting the bonus balance will result in losing any bonus money received during the campaign and any progress made toward meeting the bonus wagering requirements. Additionally, if you used funds transferred from your main balance to your bonus balance to place bets using bonus funds, these funds will also be lost should you opt out of the bonus campaign.

5.3. By taking part in the bonus campaign, the participant confirms that you have read and fully and unconditionally accepted the terms and conditions of the corresponding bonus campaign.

5.4. Activation of the Casino Bonus occurs from the moment the user consents to take part in the bonus campaign.

6. General Wagering Requirements Terms

6.1. Wagering of the Casino Bonus can be fulfilled from the bonus balance or the main balance. Wagering requirements can be found on the corresponding bonus campaign.

6.2. The wagering requirements need to be fulfilled to withdraw funds from the bonus balance to the main balance within the determinate period, which is set from the moment of receiving the bonus and can be found on the corresponding bonus campaign.

6.4. Bets placed in the "Slots" and "LIVE Casino" sections count towards the wagering requirements.

6.5. Bets placed in Spribe, games from the Instant WIN category, and other sections of the website (LIVE, Sports, TV Games, V-Sports, Esports, BetGames) do not count towards the wagering requirements.

6.6. Bets placed in the games from the "Slots" and "LIVE Casino" sections contribute towards the wagering requirements, but some of the game categories contribute more than others. Here is a list of how much each game category contributes to the wagering requirements:

Examples:

6.11. During bonus wagering, it is prohibited to use the feature of purchasing in-game bonuses, bonus rounds, or Free Spins, which are available in some slots. Using this feature may result in the loss of all funds in your bonus balance.

7. Multiplier Types for Wagering Bonus

7.1. Bonus Amount x N – the bonus amount must be wagered N times.

7.3. Amount of winnings x N – wager the amount of winnings received from Free Spins multiplied by N.

Example: the participant received winnings from Free Spins in the amount of A$15 with wagering requirements 10x, then to withdraw the bonus to the main balance, the participant must wager 15 x 10 = A$150.

7.4. Deposit amount x N – the deposit amount should be wagered N times.

Example: the participant deposits A$200, then to withdraw the bonus to the main balance, the participant must wager the deposited amount 10x, 200 x 10 = A$2,000 to withdraw the previously credited bonus from the bonus balance to the main balance.;

8. Special conditions for Wagering a bonus from the Bonus balance

8.1. To fulfill the wagering requirements, the participant must wager the requested amount using the funds from the bonus balance multiplied by N times within X days from the moment of receiving the bonus.

8.2. The maximum bet amount during the bonus wagering is A$7 unless otherwise stated.

8.3. All the winnings generated as a result of the bonus wagering are credited to the bonus balance and cannot be transferred to the main balance unless the wagering requirements are fulfilled.

8.4. Bonus money is used until the bonus balance falls below A$0.20 or until the wagering requirements are fulfilled and the bonus is transferred to the main balance.

8.5. If the bonus balance equals or falls below A$0.20 for any reason, the active bonus will expire and will no longer be subject to wagering; the bonus balance will be lost.

9. Special conditions for Wagering a bonus from the Main balance

9.1. To fulfill the wagering requirements, the participant must wager the requested amount using the funds from the main balance multiplied by N times within X days from the moment of receiving the bonus.

9.2. If the main balance goes to A$0 for any reason, the user will be able to top up the balance and continue to fulfill the wagering requirements until they are met in full.

9.3. All the winnings generated as a result of the bonus wagering are credited to the main balance.

10. Bonus abuse

10.1. LEON reserves the right to terminate or amend the terms of this promotion at any time without prior notice and also write off the bonus funds or winnings received as a result of such bets.

10.2. Any bonuses received during this campaign are limited to one per client, household, registration address, e-mail or IP address. We reserve the right to terminate or hide the bonus campaign at any time and immediately terminate the player account should we suspect bonus abuse has occurred.

10.3. The withdrawal of the real money generated as a result of the bonus wagering could be the reason for account verification. If the verification is failed, the withdrawal request will be declined.

10.4. LEON reserves the right to check the account history of the campaign participants. Any attempt to abuse the campaign can result in disqualification.

10.5. 3.2. Game providers reserve the right to cancel or amend the promotions at any time.

3.3. The game provider reserves the right to not pay out a prize where the win results from any obvious error, mistake, or technical fault (including incorrect game pay-outs), whether caused by a machine or human error in respect of any of the participating games.

4. Rules for determining the winners and prizes crediting
