1. General Terms

1.1. The campaign starts from 23/09/2022 (00:01 NZST) and ends on 31/12/2023 (23:59 NZST).

1.2. In order to be eligible to take part in the campaign you must:

1.2.1. Register an account at Leon starting from 23/09/2022 (00:01 NZST).

1.2.2. Go to the deposits page and select "Welcome package - Part One".

1.2.3. Make the deposit of at least 20 NZD within 30 days from the date of opening an account at Leon.

1.3. Provided the requirements of paragraph 1.2 of these Terms are met, the participant has a right to receive a bonus of 100% of the deposited amount, but not exceeding 500 NZD (hereinafter the “Bonus”).

1.4. The bonus and the deposited amount, but not exceeding 500 NZD are credited to the participant’s Bonus account automatically.

Examples:

- If a participant №1 deposits 600 NZD , he will receive 500 NZD (Bonus) and 500 NZD (from the deposit) on his Bonus account, while the remaining balance on his Main account will be equal to 100 NZD.

- If a participant №2 deposits 100 NZD, he will receive 100 NZD (Bonus) and the additional 100 NZD (from the deposit) from the Main account. Therefore, the Bonus account balance will be 200 NZD, while the Main account balance will be 0 NZD.

1.5 To claim the next bonus on next deposit, the participant must fulfill the campaign's Wagering requirements according to paragraph 2 within 30 days from the date of opening an account at Leon. Need to elapse about 10 minutes and the bonus campaign “Part Two” will appear in the “My promos” section.

2. Wagering requirements

2.1. The Wagering requirements need to be fulfilled in order to withdraw funds (the Bonus and the deposit) from the bonus account to the main account.

2.2. The bonus amount and the deposit amount must be wagered 35 times within 30 days from the moment of receiving the bonus.

For instance, if you received a 200 NZD bonus and a 200 NZD deposit on your Bonus account, then you will need to wager 400 x 35 = 14 000 NZD before the withdrawal.

2.3. The bonus is wagered using the balance of your Bonus account.

2.4. Bonus money is used until the Bonus account balance falls below 0.40 NZD or until the wagering requirements are fulfilled and the bonus is transferred to the Main account.

2.5. If the Bonus account balance falls below 0.40 NZD for any reason, the active bonus will become expired and will no longer be subject to wagering, the bonus balance will be lost.

2.6. Bonus and winnings from the Bonus account cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are fulfilled.

2.7. Only bets placed in the “Slots” and “LIVE Casino” sections count towards the wagering requirements. Those bets placed in the other sections of the website (LIVE, Sports, TV Games, V-Sports, ESPORTS, Evoplay (Roll to Luck, Magic Chest, High Striker, Save the Hamster, Lucky Crumbling, Goblin Run), Spribe, Top Grade (Aviator), Only Play (F777 Fighter; Limbo Cat; The Thimbles), BGaming (Head and Tails; Head and Tails XY; Space XY), Spinmatic (Balloon Run; Meteoroid Crash), One Touch (Cash Galaxy), Pragmatic Play (Spaceman), Gamzix (GoGo Spiner), 1x2 Gaming (Coin Field, Coin Vault) do not count towards the wagering requirements.

2.8. All bets placed in the games from the “Slots” and “LIVE Casino” sections contribute towards the Wagering requirements, but some of the game categories contribute more than the others. Here is a list of how much each game category contributes to the Wagering requirements:

Slots – 100%

Table – 5%

Other – 100%

Video Poker – 5%

Jackpots – 100%

Live Casino – 10%

Examples:

- If you place 100 NZD in total in the games from the “Slots” category, then 100% from this amount (i.e. 100 NZD) will count towards the wagering requirements.

- If you place 100 NZD in total in the games from the Videopoker category, then only 5% (i.e. 5 NZD) will count towards the wagering requirements.

2.9. You can check your wagering progress in the Bonus wagering widget which gets activated as soon as you confirm the participation on this Bonus campaign. This widget displays the remaining amount that you need to wager in order to transfer the bonus on your Main account.

2.10. All the winnings generated as a result of the bonus wagering are credited on the Bonus account balance and cannot be transferred on the Main account balance unless the Wagering requirements are fulfilled.

2.11. If the Wagering requirements have not been completed within 30 days after you receive this bonus, Leon reserves the right to forfeit the bonus funds and any bonus winnings received as a result of using bonus funds, unless otherwise stated in the terms of the Bonus campaign.

2.12. You can withdraw your bonus by clicking the “Claim bonus” button that will appear in the Bonus wagering widget after the Wagering requirements are fulfilled. The funds from the Bonus account (given they do not exceed the amount defined in the terms of this Bonus campaign) will be transferred to your Main account.

3. Participation in the Bonus campaign and Bonus abuse

3.1. In order to opt out of the Bonus campaign and forfeit the Bonus account balance, you must log in and contact the customer support. Note that when you reset the Bonus account balance all the bonus money received during participation in the Bonus campaign and the bonus wagering progress will be lost. If you received the Casino Bonus by transferring funds from the Main account to the Bonus account and placed bets using the bonus money, then these funds will also be lost in case of opting out of the Bonus campaign.

3.2. One user can participate in this campaign only once.

3.3. Any bonuses received during this campaign are limited to one per client, household, registration address, e-mail or IP address. We reserve the right to terminate or hide the Bonus campaign at any time and immediately terminate the player account, should we suspect bonus abuse has occured.

3.4. The withdrawal of the real money generated as a result of the bonus wagering could be the reason for account verification. If the verification fails, the withdrawal request will be declined.

3.5. Leon reserves the right to check the account history of the campaign participants, any attempt to abuse the campaign can result in disqualification.

3.6. In the event of abuse or attempting to abuse the bonus or other rewards, or abuse of lack of necessary information in these Terms, Leon reserves the right to deny, withhold or withdraw the user from any bonus or other rewards. Leon may at its sole discretion rescind any policy either temporarily or permanently, or terminate the user’s access to some or all services of the website or block the user's account. In such circumstances, we shall be under no obligation to refund to any balance that may be in the accounts of such a user, including the original deposit amount.

3.7. By participating in this Bonus campaign you automatically agree with Leon’s General Terms and Conditions.

3.8. Leon reserves the right to terminate or amend the terms of this promotion at any time without prior notice.

3.9. All disputes related to the rights of participation in this promotion, and all issues related to the receipt of the prizes are resolved by the management of Leon. This decision is binding and not subject to appeal by players or any third party.
