  • LB Affiliates Terms and Conditions
  • Welcome to LB Affiliates. The following terms and conditions explain how LB Affiliates works and the rules that apply to the program.
  • Before registering to join LB Affiliates as an Affiliate, it is essential to read the terms and conditions in full. Acceptance of these will form a binding contractual agreement between you (the Affiliate) and Leon Curacao, registration No. 140186 (the Company operating the LB Affiliates Program).
  • We reserve the right to update the terms and conditions from time to time, and we will post these on the LB Affiliates website. It is the responsibility of the Affiliate to be fully aware of the most current terms and conditions. Your continued participation in LB Affiliates will constitute your agreement to continue to abide by the updated terms and conditions. If you wish to terminate your participation at any time in the program or have any questions, you are advised to contact us ataffiliates@leongming.com.

  • 1. GENERAL DEFINITIONS

  • The LB Affiliates Terms and Conditions contain the following definitions and meanings.
  • 1.1 Leon and/or Leon.bet means Leon Curacao, with registered address at Schout Bij Nacht Doormanweg 40, Willemstad, Curacao. The words "we", "us", "company", "brand", and "our" may also be used in the terms and refer to us, Leon Curacao.
  • 1.2 Affiliate means an individual (you) or entity applying to join LB Affiliates to bring new visitors to the Company website via promotional materials (tools for promoting Leon.bet online).
  • 1.3 LB Affiliates means the LB Affiliates Program – a program for promoting our Company by an individual (the Affiliate) bringing new visitors to the Betting Company.
  • 1.4 Betting Company means the website (Leon.bet) where players can place bets on Casino games or Sports events online.
  • 1.5 Commission means the amount paid as a commission to the Affiliate from the profit generated by the players brought to the Betting Company by the Affiliate.
  • 1.6 Payment Period means the stated time when the Affiliate's commission becomes available to be withdrawn through an external payment system.
  • 1.7 Payoutmeans the transaction of a commission transfer from the LB Affiliates accounts to an external payment account requested by the Affiliate.
  • 1.8 Players means the Betting Company's customers who have registered on the site through an Affiliate generated link.
  • 1.9 Profit means the full amount of a player's total stakes minus any winning amounts.

  • 2. LB AFFILIATES AGREEMENT

  • 2.1 LB Affiliates is open to individuals 18 years of age and over.
  • 2.2 The Company shall evaluate the LB Affiliates Application hereby submitted and shall notify the Affiliate by email as to whether the Affiliate Application is accepted or not.
  • 2.3 The Affiliate is to ensure that all the information given to the Company when completing the LB Affiliates application form is true and accurate. Any provision of false information may result in the immediate closure of the account and forfeiture of any balances.
  • 2.4 By completing and accepting the LB Affiliates Application, the Affiliate accepts all the terms and conditions of the Agreement.
  • 2.5 Only one registration per participant to the LB Affiliates Program is allowed, and repeat registration is strictly forbidden.
  • 2.6 The Company is entitled to decline any Affiliate application to join LB Affiliates without obligation to explain the reason for the rejection.

  • 3. AFFILIATE OBLIGATIONS

  • 3.1 Once the Affiliate has been accepted as a member of LB Affiliates; the Affiliate will promote the Brand by using promotional materials on its site to generate new visitors to the Betting Company in return for a commission.
  • 3.2 Leon Curacao is licensed and regulated by the Government of Curaçao and is fully compliant in all jurisdictions it conducts its business. It is entirely the Affiliate's responsibility to adhere to all the laws and regulations governing specific territories targeted by Affiliate's advertising activities and to stay up to date with any changes in such regulations. The Company will not be deemed liable in any form whatsoever where an Affiliate may be in breach of a specific market law or regulation.
  • 3.3 Upon successful registration into LB Affiliates, the Affiliate will be given access to Leon banners, texts and images, along with other promotional material. Marketing material may be placed on the Affiliate's site and which can be utilized via email and/or direct marketing to promote the Brand. The Approved Marketing Materials may not be altered by the Affiliate without our prior written consent. Should there be any doubt, please contact affiliates@leongming.com.Any breaches to these terms may result in punitive damages in accordance with law as the Company will look to protect its interests from abuse.
  • 3.4 The Affiliate is not permitted to use advertising or create websites or domains containing the Company and/or Brand name(s). The Affiliate shall not purchase keywords, sponsored advertising, or other search services and content that is identical or similar to the Company's trademarks or other Company Brands with a primary focus to acquire branded traffic from search engines. The result of identification of such sources of traffic will result in the closure of the Affiliate's account and earnings cancelled.
  • 3.5 The Affiliate agrees to comply with the applicable data privacy laws applicable in each territory with regards to the use of 'cookies' and other tracking technologies. The use of 'cookie stuffing' techniques is prohibited, along with the opening of the Betting Company site in Inline Frames (iFrames), invisible zones or sides of zero length. The addition of any tags, cookie scripts, or deployment of other similar actions is not permitted. Any Affiliate in violation of these terms will have their account blocked and deleted.
  • 3.6 It is the Affiliates full responsibility for the safety of any personal data, including usernames and passwords. The Company will accept no responsibility for any loss of personal data.
  • 3.7 It is forbidden for Affiliates to register their personal playing account with the Betting Company via their Affiliate link or collude with other players.
  • 3.8 The LB Affiliates Program can be terminated with any Affiliate without notice and at the Company's sole discretion.

  • 4. MISCELLANEOUS

  • 4.1 In the event of any dispute or disagreement, the Affiliate is required to send the complaint in writing along with evidence and reasons for the complaint via email to the LB Affiliates Program Support Team ataffiliates@leongming.com. All complaints and requests will be considered and reviewed within 14 days of receiving the correspondence, and the Affiliate will be notified. The use of profane language and false information within correspondence is strictly forbidden.
  • 4.2 We reserve the right to freeze the Affiliate's account and/or deduct money from the Affiliate account should any traffic be deemed to have been referred through fraudulent means or is found in breach of the terms and conditions of the Agreement.

  • 1.7 Выплата – начисление комиссии из внутреннего счета LB Affiliates во внешнюю платежную систему, запрошенное Партнером.
  • 1.8 Игроки – клиенты букмекерской компании, которые зарегистрировались на сайте по ссылке, созданной Партнером.
  • 1.9 Прибыль – сумма, которая рассчитывается как сумма всех ставок игрока за вычетом суммы выигранных ставок.

  • 2. ПАРТНЕРСКОЕ СОГЛАШЕНИЕ

  • 2.1 Стать участниками Партнерской программы LB Affiliates (далее – «‎Программа») могут только лица, достигшие возраста 18 лет.
  • 2.2 Заявка на участие в Программе рассматривается Компанией. Уведомление об утверждении или отклонении заявки будет отправлено Партнеру на электронную почту.
  • 2.3 Партнер обязуется, что вся информация, предоставленная Компании при подаче заявки на участие в Программе, является верной и точной. Любое предоставление ложной информации может привести к немедленному закрытию счета и конфискации любого остатка на счете.
  • 2.4 Заполняя и отправляя заявку на участие в Программе LB Affiliates, Партнер тем самым выражает полное и безоговорочное свое согласие с условиями настоящих Правил.
  • 2.5 Партнерская программа доступна только для одного участника, повторная регистрация в Программе строго запрещена.
  • 2.6 Компания вправе отклонить любую заявку на участие в Партнерской программе LB Affiliates без объяснения причин.

  • 3. ОБЯЗАННОСТИ ПАРТНЕРА

  • 3.1 Как только участие в Программе LB Affiliates будет утверждено, Партнер сможет начать продвигать бренд, используя рекламные материалы на своем сайте и других источниках трафика для привлечения новых пользователей в букмекерскую компанию, и получать за это комиссию.
  • 3.2 Компания Leon Curacao лицензирована, регулируется правительством Кюрасао и полностью соответствует требованиям всех юрисдикций, в которых она осуществляет свою деятельность. Партнер несет полную ответственность за соблюдение всех законов и постановлений, регулирующих определенные территории, на которые распространяется рекламная деятельность Партнера, и обязуется следить за любыми обновлениями и изменениями в таких правилах. Компания не несет какую-либо ответственность в случаях нарушения Партнером законодательства или постановлений той или иной страны.
  • 3.3 После успешной регистрации в LB Affiliates Партнер получит доступ к баннерам, текстам и изображениям, а также к другим рекламным материалам Leon. Маркетинговые материалы могут быть размещены на сайте и других источниках трафика Партнера и использованы по электронной почте и/или посредством прямого маркетинга для продвижения бренда. Утвержденные маркетинговые материалы не могут быть изменены Партнером без нашего предварительного письменного согласия. В случае сомнений просим связаться с нами по affiliates@leongming.com или с вашим личным менеджером. Любое нарушение этих условий может привести к присуждению Партнеру штрафных санкций согласно действующему законодательству с целью защиты интересов Компании.
  • 3.4 Партнеру запрещено использовать рекламу или создавать веб-сайты или домены, содержащие название Компании и/или торговых марок. Партнер не имеет права приобретать ключевые слова, спонсорскую рекламу или другие поисковые услуги и контент, которые идентичны или похожи на товарные знаки Компании или другие бренды компании, с целью получения брендированного трафика из поисковых систем. Обнаружение таких источников трафика приведет к закрытию и аннулированию учетной записи Партнера.
  • 3.5 Партнер соглашается соблюдать законы о конфиденциальности данных, применимые на каждой территории, в отношении использования файлов cookie и других технологий отслеживания. Запрещается использовать любые технологии и виды cookie stuffing, а также открывать сайт букмекерской компании в iFrame с нулевым размером или в невидимой зоне. Установка каких-либо тегов, cookie-скрипты или манипулирование другими подобными методами запрещено. Аккаунт любого Партнера, нарушившего эти условия, будет заблокирован и удален.
  • 3.6 Всю ответственность за безопасность персональных данных, в том числе логина и пароля, лежит на Партнере. Компания не несет ответственности за любую потерю персональных данных.
  • 3.7 Партнеру запрещено регистрировать собственный игровой счет в букмекерской компании через свою партнерскую ссылку, а также вступать в сговор с другими игроками.
  • 3.8 Партнерская программа оставляет за собой право прекратить сотрудничество с каким-либо Партнером без предварительных уведомлений и по собственному усмотрению Компании.

  • 4. ИНЫЕ ПОЛОЖЕНИЯ

  • 4.1 В случае возникновения спорных моментов Партнер должен отправить жалобу в виде электронного письма вместе с доказательствами и деталями жалобы в службу поддержки Партнерской программы LB Affiliates на адрес affiliates@leongming.com. Жалобы и пожелания будут рассмотрены в течение 14 дней с момента получения жалобы, и Партнер получит уведомление о результате рассмотрения в ответном письме. Использование ненормативной лексики, оскорблений и ложной информации в переписке строго запрещено.
  • 4.2 Мы оставляем за собой право заблокировать и/или аннулировать счет Партнера, если будет обнаружено, что любой трафик был получен мошенническим путем или методами, противоречащими условиям данной Программы.
